For mortgage audits and claims with outstanding amounts and refunds OVER $25,001.00.  The check recovered is payable to the claimant and our company.

The is no retainer deposit for claims over $25,001. There is only a 10% recovery success fee if court filing and litigation is not required.  If litigation is required, legal fees of 33% are deducted from the claim from the gross proceeds.
